HOW TO USE IT

  1. Setup & Preparation – Confirm your power supply matches the turbine’s rating. Attach the air hose securely to the spray gun and turbine. Fill the cup with your chosen tanning solution and tighten it firmly onto the spray assembly. Connect the gun to the handle and place it in its holder before powering on.
  2. Starting & Adjustments – Turn on the turbine using the power switch to start airflow. Press the trigger to begin spraying. Adjust the fluid control dial to manage how much solution is released — turn clockwise for more, counterclockwise for less. Fine-tune atomization using the air volume control; increase airflow for a finer mist or reduce it if the spray becomes too diffused. Set your preferred pattern (horizontal or vertical) by slightly adjusting the air cap.
  3. After Use – Turn off the unit and carefully disassemble the spray gun. Empty any remaining solution, rinse the cup and feed tube thoroughly, and clean using warm water or a gun cleaner until the spray runs clear. Remove the air cap, nozzle, and O-rings and clean gently — avoid metal tools that could damage seals.
  4. Maintenance – Check and replace air filters regularly to maintain optimal turbine performance. Lightly lubricate O-rings as needed before reassembling the gun. Store the unit in a cool, dry area to protect the motor and components.
